We are French Native and we know what good patisserie and great “baguette” look and taste like - we were so happily surprised to find such a unique experience with Ginger Snap patisserie, especially being so far from home ! Also we would never forgot how Ginger Snap patisserie turned the dream of our oldest son into reality when they baked the birthday cake he designed for his little brother! The cake was a perfect replica of the drawing and it tasted wonderful - such a magical moment for our family ! If you haven’t tried this experience yet make sure to get in sooner than later!"

"Something different… I felt like I walked into an alternate world, everything is clean, crisp and fresh. I enjoyed the French toast with real maple syrup, pecans and fluffy cream cheese. It was the perfect size portion for enjoying such a delicious and sweet treat! I sipped my coffee while the background music played and watched life go by outside.
